Documentation site launched

The Banklink API documentation now lives at docs.banklink.co.za. It includes guides on authentication, the sandbox, verification and webhooks, plus a generated API reference built from the live OpenAPI spec.

The previous /docs and /api-reference pages on banklink.co.za redirect here.

Going forward, API changes are recorded in this changelog.
